From your CAD files to finished components
We manufacture directly from customer CAD files, selecting a production route suited to the component geometry, material and order volume.
Our capabilities include CNC punching and forming, laser cutting, presswork and tooling, alongside electroplating, insulation and assembly. Options include tin, silver and nickel plating, powder coating and heat-shrink sleeving to suit your specification.
Bringing these processes together helps simplify procurement and provides a clear route from prototype approval to repeat production.
