Another investment at H V Wooding – an Xpert 80 Bystronic which will use to produce copper and Aluminum busbars for Battery, EV and switchgear to tolerances ± 0.2mm with accurate repeatability.
This machine boasts compact speed for small and medium-sized parts and a maximum process speed via high acceleration of the upper beam and back gauge – ideal when there’s a shortage of space and capacities fluctuate.
The Process control reduces electric power consumption by up to 30 percent and decreases wear. Flexible tool selection and press capacity of up to 80 tons offer a wide range of applications.
Also offers a new feature of Optical Tool Detection: Cameras recognize the data matrix codes on the tools and report if any deviances are detected.
